How Ordering a Team Kit Works (Proof, 60% Deposit, Print)
Every Erosopai order follows the same short path. Nothing is printed until you have approved the proof and the deposit has cleared.
1. Design → Flat Production Proof
Your design ends in a flat production proof. It is binding: the proof you approve is what we print.
2. The Model Shot Is an Illustration
Model images show how the kit looks worn. They are labelled illustration and are not the print file.
3. Quote, Squad List, 60% M-Pesa Deposit
Soccer from KES 3,200 and basketball from KES 4,000 per set. Your quote confirms fabric and print.
Pay a 60% deposit by M-Pesa to lock production. The balance is due before dispatch.
4. What We Need From You
Sizes, names and numbers for each player, plus a badge you are authorised to use.
5. Timeline in Plain Words
Deposit clears → we print in Nairobi → balance → dispatch. We confirm dates with your quote.
